1- confidentiality – all client information and clinical records will be safeguarded by Massage Therapy by Ewa and will remain confidential.

Unless required to do so by law we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your consent.

2- Deposit and cancelation policy – Due to high frequency of cancelling appointments in last minute,

I am forced to introduce a 15 pounds deposit for new clients.The deposit will be charged after initial telephone consultation by bank transfer.

The payment will be synonymous to confirmation of the appointment. If the payment won’t be made despite a telephone booking,

the appointment will be canceled.

If appointment will be cancelled with less than 24 hours notice deposit won’t be refunded.
